2002 FORD E-350 PROBLEMS

Complaints and Common Faults

• 1. Tire problems:

  • Side wall on both inside and outside dry rotted, air pockets forming on outside of tires
    
  • Tires delaminating, causing damage to fuel pump and filter
    
  • Tread separation on Cooper tires
    
  • Front tire tread separation leading to vehicle rollover
    
  • Left rear tire blowout causing vehicle to rotate and strike guardrail

• 2. Frame/welding issues:

  • Frame weld cracking in front of front leaf spring
