    • Aluminum coating delaminating from fuel tank in 2006 Ford E-350 diesel van. This problem causes vehicle to stall, frequent filter changes, fuel pump failure.
    • Fuel tank in my diesel Ford van (2006) is delaminating. I had 2 injectors replaced along with the fuel regulator as a result of this defective fuel tank.

    • Steering is very slow to center after making a turn; at highway speeds will not center.
    • The steering on our 2006 pleasure-way rv van conversion model excel ts on a Ford E-350 chassis completely gave out while the vehicle was being driven.

    • Sudden fuel leak from the fuel filter mounting housing.
    • While turning the vehicle at various speeds, the contact heard a clicking sound near the steering column.

    • Apparently the advanced track system (stabilizes the van to prevent rollover) automatically performs tests. The problem is that it does it randomly and while I'm driving.

    • The contact stated the buckle part of the seat belts fell into the seat and was hard to reach.
    • During safety checks on a 2006 Ford E-350 15 passenger (church) van it was observed that approximately 9 of the 13 rear passenger seat belts were unavailable because the belts or buckles had slipped down through the seat cushions.

    • The vehicle was parked at the contact's job for two hours when he was notified that the hood was on fire.

    • While driving 60 mph the contact depressed the brake pedal and the engine completely shut off.

    • While driving 10 mph the contact applied the brakes and the engine would not move.

    • While driving 60 mph the steering began vibrating and shaking. The road conditions were clear.
